We specialize in designing and manufacturing high-quality, modular, and portable Apple Cabins that combine innovative engineering, aesthetic flexibility, and functional design. Each cabin is crafted with attention to detail, sustainability, and the specific needs of our clients in mind.

Apple Cabin is also known as Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), Modular Mobile Cabin, Prefab iPhone-Shaped Cabin, Compact Portable Pod, Turnkey Granny Flat, Expandable Tiny Cabin, Rounded-Frame Modular House, Commercial Pop-Up Cabin, and Residential Portable Lodge.

Our largest and most versatile option, the 11.5-meter Apple Cabin is a combined modular unit ideal for commercial and hospitality use such as mobile showrooms, clinics, multi-room offices, or premium pop-up stores. The structure is built with hot-dip galvanized steel frames and offers exterior options including aluminum composite panels or aluminum alloy flat panels. The interior features wood decorative panels, marble-pattern PET boards in the bathroom, and SPC stone-plastic flooring. It includes double-layer 10W iron-blue glass with broken aluminum frames for improved insulation. The unit is pre-wired with international standard sockets and switches, and comes with optional kitchen islands, bathroom fixtures, and built-in furniture. Advanced options such as electric curtains, air conditioning, and embedded lighting are available.

Overall Size	Total length 11.5m, total width 4.4m, total height 2.45m (including a suspended height of 2.52m). Note: Items larger than this size cannot be loaded into a 40HC ultra-high container. Composed of two separate units (each 11.5×2.2×2.45m).
Structure	Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe frame.
External Panel	Quoted separately for metal carved panels (golden color) / aluminum panels.
Internal Panel	Wooden veneer panels (note pure white color) + partial wood grilles + marble-patterned PET panels for the toilet + edge strips.
Insulation	Top and side insulation (50mm extruded board).
Floor	Stone plastic floor (SPC flooring) + optional patterns.
Glass	Double-layer LOW-E light blue glass (6+12A+6) + broken bridge aluminum frames.
Opposite Panel	Partial European-style pine board or iron plate (for positions like air conditioners, TVs, water heaters, etc.).
Wires	Standard socket + external power socket (American standard). Confirm the position of the socket.
Ceiling Light	American-style simple tube light, white with silver edge.
Water Tank	20mm water inlet + 110mm drain outlet (direct downward discharge). The toilet is equipped with a floor drain.
Ceiling	When splicing with side walls, corner edge strips + skirting lines for the joint between the floor and the side are required. Apply glue inside first and then add skirting lines (also needed for the toilet).
Above Configuration	Toilet (water heater, toilet, shower head, washbasin, urinal); Kitchen cabinet and black sink; Electric curtain track + curtain cloth; Others (provided by our company: factory cooperation for installation and placement) including coffee table, sofa stools, coffee table, Logo luminous characters, induction cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator.
